Live Music
Live Music is ONDA Boquete’s weekly early-evening bar moment that helps bring people together at the start of the night. It creates atmosphere, gives guests an easy reason to come down to the bar, and helps build momentum for the evening.
Purpose
This activity exists to create energy in the bar, especially at the start of the evening.
For volunteers, the main role is not to run the performance. The role is to:
- make sure guests know it is happening
- bring people into the bar
- connect it to the 5:00 p.m. free beer for hotel guests
- help turn a normal Tuesday into a social moment
What it is
Live Music is a small live performance in the bar.
The format can vary:
- sometimes it is a solo musician
- sometimes a small band
- sometimes a larger group
Guests do not need to sign up. They simply come down, listen, hang out, and enjoy the atmosphere.

- No, guests can just show up.
What kind of music is it?
- It varies depending on who is playing that week.
Can I arrive after 5?
- Yes, guests can join anytime while it is happening.
What not to do

- Do not over-explain the performer lineup if you do not know
- Do not assume guests already know it is happening
