Evening Activities Overview
Evening Activities are a big part of the ONDA Boquete guest experience. They help create energy in the bar, give guests an easy way to meet people, and turn the hostel into a social space with something happening every night.
Purpose
The purpose of Evening Activities is to:
bring guests together
create a fun and social atmosphere
give volunteers a simple way to engage with guests
make sure there is always something happening in the evenings
For volunteers, this means being the main point of contact for the night’s activity and helping make it a success.
What volunteers are responsible for
Volunteers are expected to:
know what activity is happening each night
promote it to guests before it starts
bring people into the bar/restaurant
explain the activity clearly
help guests join in
set up what is needed
run or host the activity when required
keep the energy fun, welcoming, and social
All evening activities take place in the bar/restaurant.
