Your volunteer experience

Minimum stay: 6 weeks
Accommodation: Volunteers stay on site in shared, dorm-style staff accommodation. Each volunteer receives an assigned bed and personal storage space. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and other volunteer living areas are shared, and volunteers are responsible for keeping them clean and respectful.
Meals: Three on-site meals are provided each day: family breakfast and two staff meals. Meals are available at designated times, must be requested in advance, and are not ordered from the guest menu. Vegetarian meals can be requested when registering.
Schedule: Schedules vary significantly by volunteer role. Some roles follow scheduled shifts, while guest-experience and activity roles follow specific daily touchpoints or sessions. Exact working times and days off are agreed with the property team and may change with occupancy, seasonality, activities, and operational needs.
