Your volunteer experience

Minimum stay: 2 months
Accommodation: Volunteers stay on site in shared, dorm-style staff accommodation. Each volunteer receives an assigned bed, and the living spaces and bathroom facilities are shared with other team members. Accommodation is provided for the agreed volunteer period.
Meals: Three on-site staff meals are provided each day: breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Meals are served at set times and volunteers must register in advance. These are staff meals rather than orders from the guest menu.
Schedule: Schedules are set according to the volunteer role and the property's operational needs. Volunteers should expect guest-facing shifts that may include mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Exact shift times and days off are confirmed by the property team and may change with occupancy, events, or operational requirements.
